Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of regular maintenance of water treatment system of dialyzer on dialysis water quality and equipment utilization,and analyze the correlation between different maintenance frequencies and pure water quality and dialysate water quality.Methods:Ten dialysis machines were selected from yantai mountain hospital Blood Purification Center in Yantai City from January to December,2024,and randomly divided into obser-vation group(5 machines,with monthly maintenance of water treatment system)and control group(5 machines,with quarterly maintenance of water treatment system).The dialysis water quality and dialysate sampling indexes(including conductivity、total bacterial count and endotoxin)were compared between the two groups.Results:The conductivity(pure water),total bacterial count(pure water and dialysate)and endotoxin(pure water and dialysate)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.0 5).Conclusion:Changing the maintenance frequency of dialysis machine water treatment system from quarterly to monthly can significantly improve the dialysis water quality,reduce the failure rate of water treatment equipment and improve the equipment utilization rate.关键词
