Abstract
"Poor peasants"is one of the basic concepts used by the CPC to classify peasants into classes.It was not invented by the CPC,but has existed in both the traditional Chinese discourse and the Russian Revolution.But it was not the concept of"class"at first.As the Comintern grad-ually attached importance to"poor peasants",the CPC gradually accepted this concept.The so-cial revolution and the peasant movement by Sayano provided a detailed description of"poor peas-ants".At first,the"poor peasants"were widely used in the Hunan peasant movement.In the context of the peasant movement,the Communists attached importance to analyzing the common will and actions of the"poor peasants"and regarded them as the vanguard and main force of the revolution.After the breakdown of the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the CPC,the Communists finally put forward the land issue.Until this time,the"poor peasants"gradually re-placed the concepts of"tenant farmers"and"owner farmers"in the economic field of land issue.Qu Qiubai explained the formation process of this class from the evolution of production relations.As a class concept,"poor peasants"first formed in the political field,then was explained in the economic field,and finally expanded into specific criteria and political lines.This process shows the complexity and overall nature of the CPC's class analysis.关键词
