闽江河口短叶茳芏湿地近地气层N2O浓度变化对氮负荷增强的响应
Impacts of nitrogen enrichment on changes of N2O concentration in ambient atmosphere above Cyperus malaccensis marsh in the Min River estuary

Abstract
In this study,a field nitrogen(N)addition experiment which included four treatments(NN,no N load treatment;NL,low N load treatment;NM,medium N load treatment;and NH,high N load treatment)were conducted in March 2021,and the influences of N enrichment on changes of N2O concentration in ambient atmosphere above Cyperus malaccensis marsh were studied.After 3 years of continuous N import,the N2O concentrations were monitored in different seasons in 2024.Results showed that,under N additions,the change ranges of N2O concentrations in ambient atmosphere above marsh in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 0.344-0.346 μL/L,0.368-0.382 μL/L,0.340-0.346 μL/L and 0.353-0.358 μL/L,and the means were 0.345 μL/L,0.373 μL/L,0.343 μL/L and 0.356 μL/L,respectively.The concentrations of N2O in different treatments reached the maximum in summer and achieved the minimum in autumn.With increasing N additions,the N2O concentrations varied steady in spring,decreased in summer,and showed an increasing trend in autumn and winter.The variations of N2O concentrations in different treatments varied greatly in a short time.At the t0 moment(0 h,before N import),both the N2O concentrations in the NL and NM treatments reached the maximums in summer,while at the t1 and t3 moments(1 h and 3 h after N import,respectively),the N2O concentrations in different treatments achieved the minimums in summer,which probably rested with the vigorous growth of plants in summer and their competitive absorption and utilization for exogenous N in the short term.With increasing heights above ground,the N2O concentrations in different treatments over all sampling moments decreased at the height of 0.0-0.3 m and tended to be stable at the height of 0.3-1.5 m.At the t0 and t1 moments,the N2O concentrations at the same height were the lowest in the NH treatment.However,at the t3 moment,the N2O concentrations at all heights elevated with increasing N additions.This study found that,under N enrichment conditions,the temporal variation of N2O concentrations in ambient atmosphere above marsh rested with soil nutrients,temperature and plant growth stage,while the vertical variation was primarily dependent on wind speed,plant heights and densities.关键词
