摘要

Abstract

To predict the structure and function of the Sestrin1 protein,bioinformatics methods are used to analyze its physicochemical properties,secondary structure,tertiary structure,protein interactions and functions.The results show that Sestrin1 is an unstable intracellular hydrophilic protein,lacking signal peptides and transmembrane regions,and can undergo phosphorylation modification.Its secondary structure is predominantly α-helical,with SESN-A and SESN-C as the main functional domains.It exerts antioxidant effects through the residues Cys130,Asp418 and Asp419.This study provides a theoretical basis for further exploring the role of the Sestrin1 protein in the development of high-altitude polycythemia.
