癌症病人共享决策准备度问卷的汉化及信效度检验
Sinicization and raliability and validity test of the Patient Readiness for Shared Decision-Making Questionnaire for Cancer Patients(ReadySDM)

Abstract
Objective:To translate the Patient Readiness for Shared Decision-Making Questionnaire(ReadySDM)into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity among cancer patients in China.Methods:A research team was formed.The original questionnaire underwent forward translation,back-translation,cross-cultural adaptation,and a pilot study following the Brislin translation model,culminating in the Chinese version of the ReadySDM.A survey was conducted among 383 cancer patients from a tertiary hospital in Zhengzhou to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the ReadySDM.Results:Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors,explaining 70.063%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good model fit.The finalized Chinese version of the ReadySDM comprises 18 items across four dimensions:Information on Treatment Options,Communication with Healthcare Providers,Feelings and Experiences in the Decision-Making Process,and Decision-Making Preferences and Willingness.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.875 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index was 0.988.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient for the questionnaire was 0.927,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.809.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the ReadySDM demonstrates good reliability,validity,and practicality.It is suitable for assessing the readiness for shared decision-making among Chinese cancer patients and can serve as an effective tool to advance shared decision-making practices in clinical settings.关键词
