城乡废弃物堆肥对黄瓜生长与连作土壤的改良效应
Amelioration effects of urban and rural organic waste compost on cucumber growth and continuous cropping soil

Abstract
[Objectives]Under the background of facility vegetable continuous cropping,this study systematically evaluated the differential effects of composts derived from various urban and rural organic wastes on continuous cropping soil quality and cu-cumber growth,aiming to clarify their amelioration characteristics and provide a scientific basis for agricultural waste resource utilization and continuous cropping soil management.[Methods]Taking a typical greenhouse soil under continuous cucumber cropping in Sichuan as the research object,a field experiment was conducted from August to November 2024.Six treatments were established,including no fertilizer(CK),chemical fertilizer(CF),kitchen waste compost(KC),pig manure compost(PC),water hyacinth compost(WF),and rice straw compost(RC).Cucumber yield and fruit quality,as well as soil physico-chemical properties,enzyme activities,microbial quantity,and phytotoxicity indicators were determined.In addition,a 10-day seedling pot experiment based on the same batch of soils was carried out to verify the residual effect performance of different compost treatments.[Results]Compared with CK,the five compost treatments increased cucumber yield by 8.83%~16.19%,and the contents of free amino acids,soluble protein,soluble sugars,and vitamin C were all higher than those in CK.Soil bulk density decreased by 8.84%~14.97%,while total porosity increased by 11.01%~18.65%;Soil pH increased while electrical conductivity(EC)decreased.Soil alkali-hydrolyzable N,available P,available K,and organic matter contents were significantly improved.Among the composts,PC was most prominent in increasing alkali-hydrolyzable N and available P,whereas WF exhibited clear advantages in improving available K and organic matter.Different compost treatments en-hanced multiple soil enzyme activities by 20.09%~69.91%,increased the quantity of beneficial microorganisms,suppressed Fusarium oxysporum,and raised the seed germination index by 44.27%~68.69%.The pot experiment results showed that the continuous cropping soil improved by compost sustainably promoted the growth of cucumber seedlings,with plant height,leaf area,SPAD,and dry weight increasing by 29.27%~260.00%.[Conclusion]Urban and rural organic waste composts syn-ergistically alleviated facility cucumber continuous cropping soil obstacles by improving soil structure,enhancing nutrient supply capacity,strengthening enzyme activities,and regulating microbial quantity and structure.There were differences in the im-provement direction of different composts:pig manure compost excelled in nutrient supply and microbial response;Water hya-cinth compost showed outstanding advantages in potassium supplementation and soil structural improvement;Kitchen waste compost had a more obvious promotion effects on soil enzyme activity and leaf physiological indicators;while rice straw com-post released nutrients relatively slowly but had potential for continuous improvement.关键词
