基于杂多酸的高效稳定复合质子交换膜的制备与性能
Preparation and performance of highly-efficient and stable composite proton exchange membranes based on heteropoly acids

Abstract
Mono-lacunary silicotungstic acid(LSiW)was prepared with sodium tungstate and sodium metasilicate as precursors by adjusting pH with hydrochloric acid.LSiW was then incorporated as a filler into sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)(SPEEK)to prepare SPEEK/LSiW composite proton exchange membranes.The composite membranes were characterized using FTIR,XRD,TG,and SEM,and their electrochemical performance and proton conductivity were investigated.Experimental results indicate that as the LSiW content increases,the water uptake of the SPEEK/LSiW composite membrane continuously rises,the swelling ratio first increases and then decreases,and the ion exchange capacity exhibits a relatively linearly decreasing trend.The excellent proton conducting ability of LSiW enables the effective enhancement of the proton conductivity of the composite membranes,with the SPEEK/LSiW-20%composite membrane achieving a proton conductivity of 0.058 S/cm,65.7%higher than that of the SPEEK control membrane.Under the condition of relative humidity of 40%-80%,the proton conductivity of the SPEEK/LSiW-20%composite membrane was 6 to 10 times higher than that of SPEEK contral membrane.During a water immersion period of 160 d,the proton conductivity of the composite membrane remained basically unchanged,demonstrating the stability of LSiW in the composite membrane.关键词
