Research progress on single-atom catalysts and its application in selective hydrogenation
摘要
Abstract
Recent research progress on preparation strategies of single-atom catalysts(SACs),such as impregnation,co-precipitation,strong electrostatic adsorption,and in-situ synthesis,as well as atomic-level structural characterization techniques like AC-STEM,XAS,IR is reviewed.Their application in the semi-hydrogenation of alkynes and the selective hydrogenation of α,β-unsaturated aldehydes/ketones are also discussed.The isolated active sites of SACs can precisely regulate substrate adsorption configurations and heterolytic hydrogen activation pathways,thereby effectively suppressing side reactions and demonstrating significantly superior selectivity compared to traditional nanocatalysts.Future research should focus on developing cost-effective and scalable preparation methods,advancing in-situ characterization techniques to reveal reaction mechanisms,and rationally designing the support environment to enhance catalyst durability and activity.Their practical application in the chemical industry will be ultimately promoted.关键词
