摘要

Abstract

In response to the critical need for efficient development of unconventional resources in China's mature oilfields characterized by high water content,low recovery rates,and low-permeability/heavy oil,it is paramount to develop highly effective and low-impact oilfield chemicals.With unique ultra-low interfacial tension,near-miscible displacement properties,and excellent thermodynamic stability,microemulsions offer an innovative solution to this challenge by effectively driving residual oil from pores,improving fluidity ratios,and resolving deep-borehole blockages in the reservoir.Based on the formation and stabilization mechanisms of microemulsions,their current research and applications as flooding agents,viscosity reducers for heavy oils,templating agents,plugging agents,flow-back enhancers,and wax prevention agents are comprehensively reviewed.The future research should focus on mass transfer mechanisms of microemulsions in porous media,chemical development for extreme environments,and enhancement of intelligent response functions.Therefore,the large-scale application of this technology in China's oil and gas fields can be advanced.
