摘要

Abstract

Due to the low manufacturing cost and high power conversion efficiency(PCE),perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have developed rapidly in the past decade.In recent years,photoelectrical performance of inverted PSCs has been further enhanced by application of self-assembled monolayers(SAMs),with the PCE of PSCs reaching nearly 27%.With various chemical structures,SAMs can effectively optimize the interface characteristics of devices,promote hole extraction/transport,and suppress non-radiative recombination.Therefore,SAMs can increase the open-circuit voltage,PCE,stability,and lifetime of PSCs,accelerating the commercialization process of PSCs.The structures and characteristics of SAMs are introduced.The working mechanism of SAMs and their influence on device performance are discussed.The research progress on the application of SAMs in PSCs is summarized.The future development directions of SAMs and PSCs are proposed.
