摘要
Abstract
The multidimensional connotations of cross-cultural adaptation for international students in Chinese universities were elaborated.Based on an investigation of the current status and in-depth interviews,it was found that international students commonly face challenges such as cultural shock, language barriers, social segregation, and identity confusion, the causes were analyzed in terms of multiple factors, including cultural distance and regional differences, deficiencies in educational management models,a lack of social support systems, and insufficient individual preparedness.Accordingly, optimization countermeasures were proposed across five dimensions:constructing a diverse and inclusive campus environment, improving the cross-cultural education support system, promoting the development of social interaction networks, enhancing the cultural sensitivity of management services, and integrating internet technology resources.关键词
