基于IMB模型的进阶式心脏康复方案在行冠状动脉旁路移植术的冠心病患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Progressive Cardiac Rehabilitation Program Based on IMB Model in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of progressive cardiac rehabilitation program based on information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods A total of 76 coronary heart disease patients who underwent CABG admitted to Fuwai Shenzhen Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from July to December 2024 were prospectively selected by convenience sampling method as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group in a 1∶1 ratio by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine cardiac rehabilitation nursing and follow-up,while the patients in the experimental group received progressive cardiac rehabilitation program based on IMB model,with a total follow-up time of 3 months.The score for each dimension of Chinese version of Cardiac Rehabilitation Inventory(CRI),6-minute walking distance(6MWD)and total time required for 5-time sit-to-stand test(5TSTS)before intervention,at discharge,and 3 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge and Chinese version of 3 months after discharge,the autonomy dimension score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the process anxiety dimension score and outcome anxiety dimension score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge,the 6MWD in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge,the total time required for 5TSTS in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The progressive cardiac rehabilitation program based on IMB model can effectively enhance the rehabilitation willingness of coronary heart disease patients undergoing CABG,improve exercise endurance,lower limb muscle strength,and functional coordination.关键词
