头针运动疗法结合体针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的随机对照研究
A Randomized Controlled Study of Scalp Acupuncture Motor Therapy Combined with Body Acupuncture for Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of scalp acupuncture motor therapy combined with body acu-puncture versus only body acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 64 LDH patients were ran-domly divided into the control group(32 cases,excluding 2 cases)and the observation group(32 cases,excluding 1 case and 1 dropout).The control group received body acupuncture intervention.The acupuncture points in the body acupuncture therapy in-cluded Weiyangguan,acupoints,bilateral Shenshu,Dachangyu,L1-L3 interspinous acupoints,and Weizhong.Each session lasted 20 minutes,and the acupuncture was performed every other day for a total of 4 weeks.On the basis of the control group's treatment,the observation group adopted scalp acupuncture motor therapy.The acupuncture points were selected in the middle of the top and the middle 1/3 area of the top and occipital region.Each session lasted 20 minutes,and the patients were instructed to perform lumbar and lower limb movements while the needles remained in place.The acupuncture was performed every other day for a total of 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score of the patients were observed before and after treatment,and the total effective rate and the inci-dence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Results After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the JOA score was higher than that before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment and in the observation group,the VAS score and ODI score were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the JOA score was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group reached 93.33%(28/30),significantly higher than that of the control group's 73.33%(22/30)(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),which was not significantly different from that in the control group's 6.66%(2/30)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture motor therapy combined with body acupuncture is superior to single body acupunc-ture therapy.It can effectively relieve the lumbar and leg pain of LDH patients and improve the lumbar functional disorder,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
