探"木郁达之"之理从"不通则痛"角度辨治紧张型头痛
Exploring the Principle of ＂Wood and Reaching the Sky＂,from the Perspective of ＂Pain If It Doesn't Work＂,Traditional Chinese Medicine Identifies and Treats Tension Headaches

Abstract
With the continuous acceleration of the pace of life,the incidence of tension headache has increased significantly due to high-intensity mental stress and bad living habits,which has become an important problem affecting public health.Mod-ern medicine attributes it to muscle tension and psychological stress,yet the therapeutic efficacy is often unsatisfactory.Explore the theory of ＂Mu Yu Dazhi＂,grasp the evolution of dynamic pathogenesis as a whole,and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment content.Combined with the perspective of ＂pain if it is not passed＂,it is be-lieved that its causes can be depression caused by blockage of meridians,depression caused by qi and blood stagnation,and de-pression caused by emotional disorders.The three influence each other,each other is causal,and together constitute the change in the course of tension headache.It is treated to clear the meridians,activate the circulation,smooth the cardinal,regulate qi and activate blood,dissipate stagnation,regulate the spirit and relieve depression,and calm the soul.Thus,it achieves the effects of depression,dispersion,circulation and pain relief,and provides reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
