中医药调控肠道菌群干预脓毒症的研究进展
Research Progress on Intervention of Intestinal Flora in Sepsis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Sepsis is a set of systemic reaction syndromes resulting from infection in patients.The pathogenesis of this disease is intricate and is jointly caused by numerous factors,among which the intestinal flora also plays a crucial role.Studies have demonstrated that the intestinal flora can play a pivotal role in the pathological process of sepsis by regulating the immune and in-flammatory responses of intestinal epithelial cells and facilitating the recovery of the intestinal mucosal barrier.Currently,West-ern medicine possesses the advantages of remarkable therapeutic effect and rapid onset;however,it is concurrently accompanied by poor prognosis and high cost,imposing a heavy burden on patients'physical and mental health.Therefore,exploring new schemes with significant curative effect and low cost is the focus of the current treatment of sepsis.In recent years,a considerable number of studies have affirmed that traditional Chinese medicine can mitigate inflammation and effectively ameliorate the devel-opment of sepsis by regulating the intestinal flora.Nevertheless,up to now,there is a dearth of research on the mechanism of tra-ditional Chinese medicine regulating the intestinal flora in the prevention and treatment of sepsis.Hence,through the research on sepsis both domestically and internationally,starting from the connection between the intestinal flora and sepsis,this paper sys-tematically examines the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating sepsis,providing novel ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of sepsis.关键词
