孕前针药联合治疗复发性流产脾肾两虚型临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of pre-pregnancy acupuncture and medicine on recurrent spontaneous abortion of spleen-kidney deficiency type.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received no intervention,the acupoint catgut embedding group received acupoint catgut embedding treatment before pregnancy,the Chinese medicine group received oral administration of Chinese medicine before pregnancy,and the acupuncture-medicine combination group received both acupoint catgut embedding and oral administration of Chinese medicine before pregnancy.Pregnancy outcomes,TCM syndrome scores,endometrial morphology,and endometrial receptivity parameters(endometrial thickness,endometrial volume,and vascularization-flow index)were compared among the four groups.Results:The total effective rates of the acupuncture-medicine combination group,Chinese medicine group,and acupoint catgut embedding group were all higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rates of the Chinese medicine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group were comparable(P＞0.05),while the total effective rate of the acupuncture-medicine combination group was higher than those of the Chinese medicine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the proportion of type A endometrial morphology in the acupuncture-medicine combination group,Chinese medicine group,and acupoint catgut embedding group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Regarding TCM efficacy,the total effective rates of the Chinese medicine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group were comparable(P＞0.05),while the total effective rate of the acupuncture-medicine combination group was higher than those of the Chinese medicine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group(P＜0.05).Comparison of endometrial receptivity parameters showed that the acupuncture-medicine combination group,Chinese medicine group,and acupoint catgut embedding group were all superior to the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in all four groups improved compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference among the acupuncture-medicine combination group,Chinese medicine group,and acupoint catgut embedding group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Pre-pregnancy acupuncture combined with medicine for recurrent spontaneous abortion of spleen-kidney deficiency type could improve endometrial receptivity,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and increase pregnancy rate.关键词
