健膝除痹方内服及中药外敷辅治膝关节骨性关节炎风寒湿痹型临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Jianxi Chubi Decoction of oral administration and external application of Chinese herbal medicine as adjunctive treatment for knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods:Seventy-two cases were divided into two groups by odd-even number method.Both groups received conventional treatment,and the observation group additionally received Jianxi Chubi Decoction orally and external application of Chinese herbal medicine,both for 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,the observation group showed better Lysholm knee function score,Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score,and serum BGP level than the control group(P＜0.05),while TCM syndrome score and serum inflammatory factor levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jianxi Chubi Decoction of oral administration and external application of Chinese herbal medicine could improve the efficacy as adjunctive treatment for knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness obstruction type.关键词
