不同天然低共熔溶剂提取仙鹤草酚类成分及其生物活性研究
Study on extraction and bioactivity of phenolics from Herba Agrimoniae using different natu-ral deep eutectic solvents

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of different natural deep eutectic solvents(NADES)on the extraction of phenolic com-pounds from Herba Agrimoniae.Methods Six NADES systems were prepared using choline chloride(as hydrogen bond acceptor,HBA)paired with six distinct hydrogen bond donors(HBDs).Ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE)was employed to extract total phenolic compounds from Herba Agrimoniae,followed by comparative analyses of their antioxidant,antimicrobial,and antitumor activities.Results NADES exhibited superior phenolic extraction efficiency compared to conventional solvents(water and anhydrous ethanol).NADES-6(choline chloride∶lactic acid=1∶2)achieved the highest total phenolic content(37.43±0.31 mg·g⁻1).Compared with the control groups(water and anhydrous ethanol),the NADES-6 extract showed good antioxidant,antimicrobial,and antitumor activities.The NADES-6 extract showed good antioxidant activity,with IC50 values for DPPH,ABTS⁺,and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities being 0.08271,0.2647,and 1.027 mg·mL⁻1,respectively.It displayed good antimicrobial effects against Staphylococcus aureus,Can-dida albicans,and Bacillus subtilis with a uniform MIC of 1.5625 mg·mL⁻1.Additionally,the extract inhibited the viability of Caco-2,BEL-7402,MCF-7,and BGC-823 cells,with IC50 values of 57.54,44.11,187,and 94.28 µg·mL⁻1,respectively.Conclusion NADES significantly enhanced the extraction efficiency of total phenolics from Herba Agrimoniae.The NADES-6 system(choline chlo-ride∶lactic acid,1∶2)yielded extracts with good antioxidant,antimicrobial,and antitumor activities.关键词
