基于不同分期疾病特点解析针灸康复综合治疗周围性面瘫的临床经验
Clinical experience in treating peripheral facial palsy with integrated acupuncture and reha-bilitation therapy based on disease stage characteristics

Abstract
Peripheral facial paralysis is a common neurological disease,whose main pathological changes are facial nerve edema and demyelination.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),its core pathogenesis is deficiency of healthy qi,emptiness of collaterals,and pathogenic wind invading the facial muscles to cause spasm taking advantage of the deficiency.Based on the clinical experience of syn-drome differentiation,disease differentiation and staged treatment by Professor WU Binghuang,a national senior TCM expert,this paper introduces an integrated TCM and Western medicine scheme including routine local acupuncture,superficial facial acupuncture for relaxing tendons and unblocking collaterals,Zusanli(ST 36)acupuncture for reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic fac-tors,combined with active facial muscle rehabilitation training.This scheme can effectively improve peripheral facial paralysis,shorten the course of treatment,reduce the occurrence of sequelae,and provide reference for the treatment of facial paralysis.关键词
