Advances in the clinical research of fire needle therapy for common skin diseases
摘要
Abstract
Fire needle therapy,a traditional therapeutic technique in TCM,has shown considerable efficacy in treating various clinical disorders in recent years due to its distinctive mechanism of action and therapeutic benefits.Extensive research indicates that by apply-ing a heated needle directly to cutaneous lesions,fire needle therapy integrates the mechanical stimulation of acupuncture with the ther-mal effects of heat therapy.This intervention regulates immune function through local stimulation,inhibits inflammatory responses,improves blood circulation,and enhances tissue repair,thereby promoting the healing of skin diseases and alleviation of symptoms.This review synthesizes recent progress in the clinical application of fire needle therapy for common dermatological conditions,focusing on its therapeutic mechanisms and clinical outcomes across different diseases.It aims to provide a reference for the further clinical use and mechanistic investigation of fire needle therapy in dermatology.关键词
