混凝土光伏地砖散热孔道设计的热-力作用机制仿真研究
Simulation Study on the Thermo-Mechanical Interaction Mechanism of Heat Dissipation Channel Design in Concrete Photovoltaic Floor Tiles

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high temperature operation and structural safety coordination of the application of photovoltaic floor tiles in ground pavement,taking concrete photovoltaic floor tiles as the research object,the in-fluence of different heat dissipation channel design on its thermal-mechanical performance was studied.Based on COMSOL Multiphysics multi physical field simulation platform,a 3D thermal-mechanical coupling model of photo-voltaic tile was established.The heat dissipation performance of solid base,single-layer cooling hole base and hon-eycomb porous base under typical summer conditions,as well as the mechanical response under concentrated and uniform loads were compared and analyzed.The thermal simulation results show that the setting of single-layer cool-ing holes can reduce the working temperature of the base by 1 3 ℃,and the cooling effect is the most significant;The increase of aperture is helpful to improve the heat dissipation performance,but there is an obvious marginal effect.The mechanical simulation results show that the hole-drilling will cause the local stress concentration.But under the action of the standard load,the stress levels of each structure are far below the strength limit of concrete,and the overall structural safety is controllable.Combined with the comprehensive thermal-mechanical performance and en-gineering feasibility analysis,the single-layer cooling hole structure shows better comprehensive performance in terms of heat dissipation efficiency,structural safety and processing and maintenance,which can provide reference for the structural design of photovoltaic tile base.关键词
