Value Implications,Practical Dilemmas,and Practical Approaches of Enhancing Public Security Organs' New Quality Combat Capability Through College-bureau Collaboration
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the new-quality combat capability of public security organs,based on the policy background of industry-education integration and collaborative governance theory,this paper expounds that college-bureau col-laborative education is an important way to drive the upgrading of police operational capabilities,ensure the supply of high-quality police talent,and build a new-quality combat capability generation mechanism of"teaching,re-search,training,and combat".However,there are currently issues in college-bureau collaboration such as insuffi-cient depth of collaboration,a disconnect between curriculum and practical operations,inadequate integration of teaching staff,and low levels of digital application.Based on this,this paper explores the following practical approa-ches:strengthening value guidance to cultivate a loyal police spirit;establishing a long-term college-bureau collabo-rative education mechanism;updating teaching content around new-quality combat capability;strengthening collabo-rative construction of teaching staff;and accelerating the incubation of new-quality combat capability through techno-logical innovation.关键词
