From Suspension to Embedding:The Practical Dilemmas and Path Exploration of Exogenous Social Organizations Participating in Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Driven by national policies,an increasing number of exogenous social organizations have broken through regional constraints and actively participated in rural revitalization,painting a magnificent picture of comprehensive rural revitalization.Based on the three-dimensional framework of"value-capability-support"in the three circles theory,this study systematically examines the practical dilemmas faced by exogenous social organizations in partici-pating in rural revitalization,including weakened public value guidance,bottlenecks in their own capabilities,and delayed multi-party support.The existence of these dilemmas makes it difficult for exogenous social organizations to embed into the rural subject network,leading to organizational suspension.In order to break through these dilem-mas,exogenous social organizations need to forge a value consensus for the people,enhance their core capabilities by relying on the people,and adhere to people's sharing to gain widespread support,thereby achieving a transition from suspension to embedding and providing sustainable social force support for rural revitalization.关键词
