Abstract
Yang Xiong proposed the calligraphy theoretical proposition of"calligraphy is the expression of the mind".Over time,this proposition has evolved into a theoretical system centered on"mind and nature"and integra-ting techniques and personality,exerting a significant influence on the style of Zhao Mengfu's cursive script.This paper,centered on Yang Xiong's theory of"calligraphy is the expression of the mind",analyzes Zhao Mengfu's ar-tistic practice from the perspective of his"mind and hand flowing smoothly,forgetting self and others"state of"writing from the heart",as well as the integration of"writing into painting,expressing the spirit and capturing the essence"in his"mind painting".The study points out that Zhao Mengfu's cursive script style is deeply rooted in the integration of mind and nature expression and technique system,and his artistic practice successfully realized the transformation of the concept of"calligraphy is the expression of the mind"from theory to creation.This study pro-vides valuable insights for contemporary calligraphy creation,contemporary calligraphy education,and the innovation of contemporary calligraphy art concepts.关键词
