Automated Detection of 17 Phthalate Esters in Liquor by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
This study established an automated method for detecting the contents of 17 phthalate esters(PAEs)in liquor using a fully auto-matic sample pretreatment platform combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)technology.The results indicated that the 17 PAEs exhibit good linearity within the range of 0.02-1.00 μg/mL(correlation coefficient R2>0.998),with limits of detection ranging from 0.034 to 0.065 mg/kg and li1mits of quantification from 0.110 to 0.216 mg/kg.The spiked recovery rates were between 90.82%and 115.85%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were all less than 6%.Using this method,three PAEs,namely dimethyl phthalate(DMP),diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP),and dibutyl phthalate(DBP),were detected in five commercial baijiu samples.The automated detection method developed in this study reduces the impact of human factors on the detection results,improves detection efficiency and stability,and lowers detection costs,providing strong technical support for liquor production enterprises and quality supervision departments.关键词
