Day-Ahead Dispatch Strategy of AC/DC Microgrid in Railway Passenger Stations Based on Distributionally Robust Optimization

Abstract
Railway passenger stations usually adopt an AC power supply and distribution mode.With the increasing number of DC equipment in stations,AC/DC microgrids are becoming an effective power supply and distribution mode for railway passenger stations.In addition,distributed photovoltaic and energy storage are increasingly adopted in railway passenger stations,making the stations"photovoltaic-storage-direct-flexible"buildings.However,the distributed photovoltaic output,AC/DC loads,and cooling load in stations are subject to uncertainties,and forecasting is prone to errors,which pose a great challenge to the formulation of day-ahead dispatch plans for railway passenger stations.Therefore,a day-ahead optimal dispatch model for AC/DC microgrids in railway passenger stations based on two-stage distributionally robust optimization(DRO)was established to minimize the total day-ahead economic dispatch cost subject to the operational constraints of all equipment in the station.The characteristics of distributed photovoltaic output,AC/DC loads,and cooling load were taken into account in the model,and the coordinated dispatch of energy storage systems,electric vehicle charging stations,and ice-storage air-conditioning was carried out.Based on comprehensive norm-distance modeling,the two-stage DRO model was transformed into a master problem and a sub-problem to facilitate solving,and the column-and-constraint generation(C&CG)algorithm was introduced for alternating solution.Finally,the study showed that coordinated dispatch of multiple devices reduced the total dispatch cost.The total day-ahead economic dispatch cost of the two-stage DRO was 31.25%lower than that of the two-stage robust optimization(RO).Compared with the conservative robustness of two-stage RO and the idealized economic performance of stochastic programming,the two-stage DRO achieves a better trade-off between the two.关键词
