Abstract
Lean work packages,serving as the fundamental management units in digital lean construction,need to be defined through systematic work breakdown.Only after their precise determination can the last planner system,task management,and other subsequent processes be effectively implemented.To address the challenges of reliance on personnel experience and professional expertise in defining lean work packages,as well as the shortage of robust automated methodologies and software tools,this paper focuses on digital lean construction and investigates building information modeling(BIM)-based automatic generation methods for lean work packages and their logical relationships in the main structure construction of building projects.Through validation in real-world engineering applications,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approaches are demonstrated,breaking through the limitations of traditional manual decomposition of lean work packages.This work significantly alleviates the workload of project management personnel,enhances operational efficiency,and elevates the overall level of lean construction management.关键词
