高质子传导/低甲醇渗透型氨基酸固载磺化聚苯硫醚质子交换膜
Amino acid solid-supported sulfonated polyphenylene sulfide proton exchange membrane combining high proton conductivity and low methanol permeability

Abstract
To optimize and construct high-speed proton transport channels,and to address the challenge of achieving both high proton conductivity and low methanol permeability,the meltblown polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)nonwoven material produced on a large scale was used as the substrate,and amino acids(tyrosine,lysine,glycine,and cys-teine)were solidly loaded onto the SPPS fibrous membranes,which were impregnated and coated with Nafion so-lution and functionalized to obtain the high-conductivity and low-permeability proton exchange membrane(PEM).The results showed that a large number of polar groups on amino acids induce water molecules to form an SPPS three-dimensional network connected structure,endowing the composite membrane with good dimensional sta-bility;by functionalizing amino and carboxyl groups on amino acids,the substrate/matrix interface interaction has been improved,and proton transport channels have been optimized;the conductivity of composite mem-branes largely depends on the proton transfer ability of the loaded amino acids,with the order of proton transfer ability being _SH>_OH>_NH2.Compared with Nafion membrane,the water uptake of the composite mem-branes loaded with amino acids was significantly increased,the swelling rate was significantly decreased,the proton conductivity was increased,and the methanol permeability was reduced.The proton conductivity of the SPPS-Cys/Nafion composite membrane loaded with cysteine at 80℃is the highest at 0.297 S/cm,and its me-thanol permeability is 7.6×10-7 cm2/s.Under 60℃and 100%relative humidity(RH)conditions,the single-cell density of the SPPS-Cys/Nafion composite membrane can reach 104.8 mW/cm2.关键词
