Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of a pulmonary rehabilitation exercise intervention based on the Fogg Behavior Model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Using convenience sampling,210 patients with COPD from the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine were selected as the study subjects from December 2023 to October 2024.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table.The control group received routine pulmonary rehabilitation exercise intervention,while the observation group received a pulmonary rehabilitation exercise intervention based on the Fogg Behavior Model.Changes in pulmonary function,exercise adherence,and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly better primary pulmonary function indicators,as well as higher exercise adherence compared to the control group,the guality of life scores lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pulmonary rehabilitation exercise intervention based on the Fogg Behavior Model can improve pulmonary function,enhance exercise adherence and quality of life,and thereby promote better clinical outcomes in patients with COPD.关键词
