Abstract
During the"15th Five-Year Plan Period",the reform and development of competitive sports in China is facing a complex and changing domestic and international situation.The accelerated evolution of the world's century-old changes,national strategic adjustments,and economic and social transforma-tions have put forward new requirements for the reform and development of competitive sports.It is of great significance to systematically analyze the current issues in the reform and development of competitive sports in China,and to put forward strategic paths for deepening the reform of competitive sports.The the structural contradictions in the development of competitive sports in China during the"15th Five-Year Plan Period"are obvious,and there are prominent prob-lems that are not adapted to and coordinated with economic and social development.Faced with the new requirements of economic and social development during the"15th Five-Year Plan Period",we should plan the top-level design of competitive sports development in the overall deepening of national reform,explore a new road of competitive sports development with Chinese characteristics,promote the transformation of competitive sports development mode from vertical management to flat governance,from factor-driven to innovation-driven,from quantitative and scaled development to qualitative and efficient devel-opment,and from striving for gold to striving for comprehensive strength;it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a new type of national system for competitive sports,optimize the structure and layout of sports projects,promote the integrated innovation of science and technology empowerment training sys-tem,create a new mechanism for Olympic Games preparation with multiple participation,innovate the training mode for the reserve talents of competitive sports,and enhance the comprehensive efficiency of competitive sports integrating into economic and social development.关键词
