Mechanism and Path of Creative Transformation and Innovative Development of Empowering Regional Cul-ture through Regional Sports Events

Abstract
In the context of digitalization and globalization,regional sports events have become an important carrier for promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of regional culture.This paper took multiple provincial city football leagues as samples to systematically examined the mecha-nism and path of their empowerment of regional culture for creative transformation and innovative development.The creative transformation of regional cul-ture includes two dimensions:form transformation and context transformation,while innovative development manifests as cultural expansion and business model innovation.The DETP empowerment model reveals that the empowering effect of sports events on regional culture for creative transformation and inno-vative development follows the logic of"cognition-acceptance-transformation-internalization",and constructs a complete empowerment closed loop from ex-ternal manifestation to internalization through four dimensions:cultural ontology display,cultural innovation expression,cultural value transformation and cul-tural embodied practice.Based on the practical dilemmas in cultural implantation,collaborative governance,technology application,industrial value and tal-ent security,this paper proposes practical approaches of cultural infiltration,diversified co-governance,digital empowerment,and system collaboration,aim-ing to provide reference for sports events to promote the modernization transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional culture.关键词
