Institutional Norms and Cultural Cultivation:Innovative Paths for Risk Prevention in Large-Scale Sports Events

Abstract
The rapid development of the socio-economy has led to the flourishing of sports events,and the corresponding increased in event risks.Preventing the risks of large-scale sports events is of great significance for establishing the image of a great country,promoting the development of the sports industry and the prosperity of competitive culture.A systematic study was conducted on the identification and prevention of various risks in large-scale sports events using research methods such as literature review,case study,and logical analysis.There are various types and characteristics of risks associated with sports events,effectively prevent the risks associated with large-scale sports events and the negative effects arising from their interactions,it is essential to rely on institutional norms and cultural cultivation.Starting from the mechanisms and relationships between the bureaucracy and market,society and individuals in sports events,an innovative exploration has been conducted on the comprehensive prevention path of risks in large-scale sports events.The study proposed to construct a model of"institutional-cultural"pluralistic co-governance risk prevention,guided by institutions and culture.This model emphasized the syner-gistic and complementary role of institutional-level rigid norms and market flexible regulation,as well as the mutual construction and co-variation of macro-social and cultural influence and micro-personal risk literacy cultivation at the cultural level.It explored a new path for safety risk prevention of large-scale sports events in a risk society.关键词
