Data Elements Promoting the Construction of a Unified National Market
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the relationship between data elements and the construction of a unified national market based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2023 by constructing multiple econometric models,as well as the mechanism played by the flow of innovative elements in it.The results show that the development of data elements promotes the construction of a unified national market,and this conclusion still holds after multiple robustness and endogeneity tests.The re-sults of threshold effect test show that data elements can produce nonlinear effects on the construction of a unified national market,and that there exist a single-threshold effect based on capital factor flow and a double-threshold effect based on talent factor flow.The results of heterogeneity tests show that in the western region,during 2018-2023,and in regions with a higher degree of mar-ketization,the promoting effect of data elements on the construction of a unified national market is more significant.In addition,the development of data elements is conducive to promoting the construction of the unified national market in local areas,and pro-duces spatial spillover effects,driving the construction of the unified national market in surrounding areas.关键词
