盐胁迫下辣椒幼苗根系的转录组分析
Transcriptome analysis of pepper seedling roots under salt stress

Abstract
To explore the molecular mechanism underlying the response of Capsicum annuum L.seedlings to salt stress,this study used the pepper cultivar'Dingcui'as experimental materials and subjected the seedlings to 150 mmol∕L NaCl treatment for 24 h.Transcriptome sequencing was subsequently conducted to analyze the changes in root gene expression profiles.The results showed that salt stress induced 2 214 differentially expressed genes,which were significantly enriched in multiple biological pathways including phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,response to water deprivation,and cutin∕wax biosynthesis.Further analysis of transcription factors re-vealed that the MYB,bHLH and ERF families were markedly activated,with MYB family members(e.g.,Capana02g003250,log2 Fold Change=7.28)occupying a core position in the regulatory network.Collectively,these findings indicate that C.annuum seedlings primarily adapt to salt stress through enhanced secondary metabolism and physical barrier construction driven by a MYB-cen-tered transcriptional regulatory network,and their salt tolerance mechanism exhibits species-specific characteristics.This research pro-vides key candidate genes and a theoretical basis for the genetic improvement of salt tolerance in pepper crops.关键词
