四翅滨藜定植后根际微生物群落的时序性演变特征
Temporal evolution characteristics of rhizosphere microbial communities after Atriplex canescens establishment

Abstract
To investigate the effects of Atriplex canescens colonization on soil physicochemical properties and microbial composition in desert ecosystems,in this study,the rhizosphere soil of 3-year-old and 6-year-old Atriplex canescens artificially planted in an extremely ar-id region was taken as the research object,with the soil of bare land(CK)where no plants had been planted as the control.High-throughput sequencing technology was employed to analyze the temporal and spatial variations of microbial communities in both Atriplex canescens rhizosphere and bare land soils.The results demonstrated that:1)With increasing colonization duration,soil total nitrogen and available nitrogen content significantly increased(P<0.05),pH exhibited a marked rise(P<0.05),while electrical conductivity,total carbon,and soluble organic carbon showed significant declines(P<0.05).2)Following the colonization of Atriplex canescens,the α-di-versity of rhizosphere microbial communities significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Regardless of colonization duration,the dominant bac-terial and fungal phyla in Atriplex canescens rhizosphere microbiota were consistent.The predominant bacterial phyla included Proteobacte-ria and Actinobacteriota(formerly Actinobacteria),while the dominant fungal phyla were Ascomycota and unclassified_Fungi.Notably,the relative abundances of beneficial bacterial genera Devosia and Mesorhizobium in the rhizosphere increased with prolonged colonization.4)Correlation analysis revealed that soil physicochemical properties,such as pH and electrical conductivity,were significantly associated with rhizosphere microbial communities(P<0.05).In conclusion,the colonization of Atriplex canescens significantly enhances rhizosphere microbial community diversity and enriches more beneficial microorganisms,thereby improving soil quality in desert ecosystems.The re-search results can provide a scientific theoretical reference for ecological restoration in extremely arid regions.关键词
