摘要

Abstract

To evaluate thermal comfort conditions winter in classrooms at Tarim University's new campus,this study selected a class-room in Building A of Phase I as the research subject,which has representativeness due to its orientation,spatial layout,usage pattern and enclosure structure.Based on field measurements of environmental factors,a simulation model was established and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology was applied to simulate indoor thermal comfort.Through user-defined function(UDF)program-ming,thermal comfort(PMV)and thermal preference(PPD)metrics were visualized,with PMV-PPD values were also analyzed.Simulation results indicated that during winter natural ventilation,with an inlet air velocity of 0.05 m∕s,the classroom's measured av-erage temperature was 22℃,with a maximum of 24.4℃and a minimum of 18.1℃.Comparing these values with measured data,the error fluctuation remained within±5%.The average PMV index around the human body was 2,indicating a favorable thermal sensation in this environment.The distribution of PMV-PPD values on the human body surface was relatively reasonable,though optimization po-tential still remains at the inlet.Through the combination of simulation and actual measurement of typical cases.This study provides technical support for evaluating winter indoor thermal comfort in Southern Xinjiang.
