摘要
Abstract
Integrating Populus Euphratica Spirit deeply into labor education in Xinjiang's colleges and universities is an important path to fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent and serving the Party's governance strategy for Xinjiang in the new era.Populus Euphratica Spirit injects core values and intrinsic motivation of"hardship endurance,self-improvement,taking root in the border areas,and willingness to contribute"into labor education;while labor education provides a concrete practical carrier for the inheritance and promotion of Populus Euphratica Spirit,achieving mutual empowerment and symbiotic growth.To promote the in-depth integration of the two,it is necessary to follow the basic principles of combining theoretical with practical,educational with inter-esting,and historical with contemporary.In terms of practical approaches,it is essential to take fostering virtue and nurturing talent as the fundamental value orientation,strive to build an educational model that integrates concepts and practices;systematically incorporate the connotation of Populus Euphratica Spirit into the labor education system to promote the organic unity of spiritual guidance and value elevation;and actively utilize modern information technology to create a new form of digital labor education,break away from the hom-ogenization dilemma of labor education,and effectively enhance the quality and efficiency of education,providing a solid support for cultivating new era talents who take root and contribute in the border areas.关键词
