摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of the wind power industry,wind turbine concrete-steel hybrid towers(hereinafter referred to as"steel-concrete towers")have been increasingly widely used in wind power projects due to their unique advantages.Among them,concrete rings,as a crucial component of steel-concrete towers,its production and on-site assembly quality directly impact the overall performance and safety of the steel-concrete towers.This paper elaborates on the current status and characteristics of steel-concrete towers and investigates the quality control measures in the production and on-site assembly of concrete rings.The research results show that:1)The critical points of quality control in the production process of concrete rings primarily involve strengthening quality control of concrete composition,selecting appropriate mix ratio of concrete raw materials,strictly managing production processes,and thoroughly implementing inspection procedures.2)The key aspects of quality control in the on-site assembly process of concrete rings mainly focus on thorough preparation,stringent control the on-site assembly process,and detailed post-assembly inspection work.The research reswlts provide valuable reference and insights for tower quality control in wind power projects utilizing steel-concrete towers.关键词
