STAT3在子宫内膜癌中作用的研究进展
Research progress on the role of STAT3 in endometrial cancer
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial cancer is one of the most threatening malignant tumors in the female reproductive system,with a continuous global rise in its incidence rate.Recent studies have revealed that the abnormal activation of STAT3 can promote the malignant progression of endometrial cancer through various pathways and mechanisms.This finding holds significant clinical translation value and research prospects,and has positive implications for delaying disease progression and improving treatment efficacy.However,the specific molecular mechanisms of STAT3 in the development and progression of endometrial cancer remain to be systematically elucidated.Therefore,in-depth exploration of STAT3's role in tumor cell proliferation and invasion,immune microenvironment regulation,angiogenesis,ferroptosis,and energy metabolism will provide theoretical support and novel intervention strategies for achieving precise targeted therapy for endometrial cancer.关键词
