Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intense pulsed magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 90 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2023 and March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups based on the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received single biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy, while the observation group received the therapy of intense pulsed magnetic stimulation on the basis of biofeedback electrical stimulation. The clinical efficacy, pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage, pelvic floor function(pelvic floor distress inventory-20[PFDI-20]and vaginal continuous contraction time),degree of urinary incontinence(International Consultation on Incontinence questionnaire-short form[ICI-Q-SF]),and quality of life(incontinence quality of life questionnaire[I-QOL])were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had a higher clinical total efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, compared to the control group, the observation group had a higher pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage, lower PFDI-20 score, and longer vaginal continuous contraction time(P<0.05).After treatment, compared to the control group, the observation group had a lower ICI-Q-SF score and a higher I-QOL score(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intense pulsed magnetic stimulation and biofeedback electrical stimulation has shown good results in the treatment of patients with stress urinary incontinence. It can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage and quality of life, improve pelvic floor function, and reduce the degree of urinary incontinence.关键词
