多维度护理干预对绝经期中度拇外翻患者运动功能的影响
The effect of multidimensional nursing intervention on motor function in postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of multidimensional nursing intervention on motor function in postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus.Methods A total of 74 postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus who had underwent surgery in the Second Hospital of Jiaxing from February 2023 to August 2025 were divided into group A(conventional nursing intervention)and group B(multidimensional nursing intervention on the basis of group A)using the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.Motor function and pain catastrophizing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society score in group B was higher than that in group A,the pain catastrophizing scale score in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional nursing intervention can effectively improve motor function and alleviate pain-related negative cognition in postmenopausal patients with moderate hallux valgus.关键词
