Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of bundle nursing based on whole person care in the mechanical ventilation treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Sixty premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome treated with mechanical ventilation were selected from the Neonatal Care Unit of the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2022 to October 2024.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the coin toss method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional neonatal intensive care,while the observation group received bundle nursing based on whole person care.The arterial blood gas analysis indicators were measured,the time for symptom improvement,success rate of one machine withdrawal,and incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia were calculated,and the differences in observation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the success rate of one machine withdrawal was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was lower than that in the control group,and the arterial blood gas analysis indicators after nursing were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bundle nursing based on whole person care in the mechanical ventilation treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome can promote symptom resolution,improve arterial blood gas,increase the success rate of one machine withdrawal,and reduce the risk of ventilator-associated pneumonia.It is worth promoting and applying.关键词
