Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of full-process health education based on the concept of demand identification in the nursing of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of childbearing age. Methods A total of 120 patients with PCOS of childbearing age admitted to the Reproduction Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from May 2024 to August 2025 were selected. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group implemented full-process health education based on the concept of demand identification on the basis of the conventional nursing. The body mass index(BMI),Herth hope scale(HHS)score,self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMS)score, weight, abdominal circumference before and after the intervention and mastery of health knowledge of patients between the two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in BMI,weight and abdominal circumference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, all metabolic indicators of both groups improved compared with those before the intervention, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the HHS total score and the scores of each dimension,as well as the SRHMS total score and the scores of each dimension of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The good mastery rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 91.7%,higher than 71.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The full-process health education based on the concept of demand identification can effectively improve the metabolic indicators of PCOS patients of childbearing age, enhance their hope level and health literacy, and has significant application value in clinical nursing.关键词
