铅锌尾矿中重金属铅的选择性浸出过程研究

Abstract
To efficiently recover lead(Ⅱ)from lead-zinc tailings,a selective leaching process was investigated using sodium citrate as the leaching agent and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant.The effects of sodium citrate concentration,hydrogen peroxide concentration,pH,solid-to-liquid ratio,and leaching time on the leaching rate were examined.Results showed that the leaching rate of Pb2+reached 90.1%,at a sodium citrate concentration of 0.50 mol/L,hydrogen peroxide concentration of 0.02 mol/L,pH of 7,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶100(g/mL),and leaching time of 360 min.Meanwhile,the leaching rates of Zn2+,Ca2+,Fe3+,and Mg2+were 9.1%,57.6%,2.9%,1.7%,respectively.This indicates that efficient leaching of Pb2+was achieved while suppressing the leaching of competing heavy metal ions such as Zn2+and Fe3+,thereby reducing the difficulty of subsequent selective separation and recovery of Pb2+from the leachate.关键词
