蔗渣灰对水泥混凝土性能影响的研究进展
Review on the influence of sugarcane bagasse ash on the properties of cement concrete

Abstract
Sugarcane bagasse ash(SCBA),a residual waste from bagasse incineration for power generation in the sugar industry,is commonly used as a fertilizer in sugarcane plantations.However,SCBA not only provides limited mineral nutrients as a fertilizer but also carries potential risks of contaminating soil and water sources.To mitigate its adverse environmental impacts,researchers in construction materials have incorporated SCBA into cement-based composites,with related experimental studies showing promising results.In this paper,we systematically reviewed domestic and international literature on the application of SCBA in cement concrete,summarizing in detail its effects,when used as a cementitious material or filler,on the physical properties(e.g.,workability,and setting time),mechanical properties(e.g.,compressive strength,and tensile strength),and durability(e.g.,impermeability,and chloride ion resistance)of cement concrete.Furthermore,the underlying mechanisms by which SCBA enhances the macro-properties of cement concrete were thoroughly discussed,which are fundamentally attributed to the secondary hydration reaction induced by the amorphous SiO2 present in SCBA.Finally,the research findings on SCBA in cement concrete were summarized,and future research directions were proposed,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for further investigation and large-scale application of SCBA in concrete,promote the high-value utilization of agricultural waste,and advance the development of green concrete technology.关键词
