中国—中亚绿色能源产业合作研究

摘要
Abstract
Based on the Belt and Road Initiative and the global trend of green energy development,this study analyzes the current state of green energy industry cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries(Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Uzbekistan,Tajikistan,and Turkmenistan).By examining the development status of green energy industries on both sides,it identifies existing issues and explores opportunities and chal-lenges for cooperation using the PEST model.The study further analyzes the implementation pathways for green energy industry collaboration from five dimensions:investment cooperation,financing cooperation,technological cooperation,standard cooperation,and security cooperation.Finally,it proposes targeted countermeasures based on identified issues and specific conditions.The aim is to promote the development and industrial cooperation of green energy between China and Central Asia,support the achievement of China's"dual carbon"goals,and jointly establish a new paradigm for high-quality development in green energy industry cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.关键词
