摘要

Abstract

To screen rapeseed germplasm resistant to Phyllotreta striolata and ensure safe rapeseed production,resistance identification and evaluation were performed for 244 Brassica napus varieties(lines)under natural infestation conditions using a grading method based on the damage index and rel-ative insect-resistance index.The results showed that the tested materials were classified into five re-sistance levels,including one highly resistant variety(line),37 resistant varieties(lines),115 moder-ately resistant varieties(lines),78 susceptible varieties(lines),and 13 highly susceptible varieties(lines).Among them,'Zheyouza 108'and'Dadi 95'exhibited strong resistance,whereas'2017 Yuan 61-2'and'Rongzao 2'showed relatively weak resistance.A chi-square test further indicated that spring-type rapeseed varieties(lines)had significantly stronger resistance to P.striolata than other e-cotypes,suggesting that ecotype differences play an important role in determining the insect resistance of Brassica napus.
