激光等离子体的时空演化与光谱特性的实验研究进展
Experimental study advances on spatiotemporal evolution and emission spectral characteristics of laser-produced plasma
摘要
Abstract
As a special state of matter characterized by broadband radiation,coexistence of multiply charged ions,and intricate atomic processes,laser-produced plasma(LPP)holds broad application prospects and significant research value in diverse cutting-edge fields,including extreme ultraviolet(EUV)lithography,short-wavelength light sources,heavy-ion accelerators,optical frequency standards of highly charged ions,and controlled nuclear fusion.This paper systematically reviews the latest research progress in the generation mechanisms,spatiotemporal evolution laws,spectral characteristics,and diagnostic techniques of LPP.It focuses on analyzing the dynamic evolution characteristics and spectral emission mechanisms of single-element,multi-element,and double-pulse laser-produced plasmas.Furthermore,it summarizes the current application status of various diagnostic methods in the measurement of plasma state parameters.Finally,this paper presents an outlook on the future research directions and development trends in this field,aiming to provide a comprehensive reference for the theoretical research and practical applications related to laser-produced plasmas.关键词
