Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]This study investigates the impact of varying levels of digital health literacy on users'online health information interaction behaviors,aiming to enrich theories related to user health information interac-tions and provide theoretical insights for promoting the sharing and dissemination of high-quality health information.[Method/Process]Grounded in social cognitive theory,a theoretical model was developed to hypothesize how digital health literacy influences online health information interaction behaviors among social media users.Data were collected through questionnaire surveys and analyzed using structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses.[Result/Conclusion]The findings reveal that users'digital health literacy levels not only significantly and positively influence their online health information interaction behaviors but also exert indirect effects through pathways such as health risk perception,perceived source reliability,and perceived trust.Furthermore,health risk perception,perceived source reliability,and perceived trust exhibit partial mediating effects in this process while directly and positively impacting users'online health information interaction behaviors.关键词
