Current status and implications of domestic and international human resource system construction for medical nursing aides
摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically reviews and compares the professional positioning,admission criteria,staffing,utili-zation,and continuous empowerment and development of medical nursing aides both domestically and internationally.By analy-zing aspects such as entry thresholds,staffing allocation,utilization models,and personnel management,the study aims to pro-vide theoretical references and practical evidence for the professionalization of the medical nursing aide workforce,the advance-ment of standardized management,and relevant policy formulation in China.关键词
